Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by GJTecho.com to its clients. By engaging the Agency's services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

The Agency provides various web and digital marketing services including but not limited to website design and development, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing. The specific services to be provided by the Agency will be detailed in a separate agreement between the Agency and the client.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide the Agency with all necessary information and materials required to perform the services. This includes but is not limited to access to relevant social media accounts, website login credentials, and content for use in marketing campaigns. The client also agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the project timeline. Any delays caused by the client may result in a delay in the completion of the project and may incur additional fees.

Payment

The client agrees to pay the Agency for the services provided in accordance with the fee schedule set out in the separate agreement between the Agency and the client.In the event of late payment, the Agency reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Confidentiality

The Agency agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the client and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing the services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any materials provided by the client will remain the property of the client. The Agency will not use such materials for any purpose other than for the provision of the services. Any intellectual property rights created by the Agency in the course of providing the services will be owned by the Agency and licensed to the client for the purposes of using the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party. The client will be responsible for any fees due to the Agency for services provided up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

The Agency will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill. The total liability of the Agency for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services will be limited to the total amount paid by the client to the Agency for the services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Changes to the Terms and Conditions The Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to the client in writing.

By engaging the services of the Agency, the client agrees to be bound by the most current version of these terms and conditions.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood the above and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
