Payment Terms

Terms

Our standard payment terms require a 50% deposit upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. However, for larger projects or longer-term engagements, we may negotiate custom payment terms with our clients.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through various channels, including bank transfer, online payment gateway, credit/debit card, and cheque. For international clients, we also accept payment via PayPal.

Late Payment

In case of a delay in payment, we reserve the right to halt work on the project until the payment is received. We may also charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Project Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if the cancellation is initiated by us, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Additional Work

Any additional work requested by the client will be billed separately and added to the final invoice.

Taxes

All prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will work with our client to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will seek legal recourse as per the applicable laws.

Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality and will not disclose any client information to any third party without prior consent.
